What we are about
Our Mission
To help people find their greatest joy in Jesus.
We are convinced that your greatest joy in life can be found in Jesus when you know God, grow in truth, connect in community, and serve others.

Know God
John 17:3 “Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.”
We believe that you were made to know God and have a personal relationship with Him through his son Jesus Christ.
We are convinced that by knowing God you will find:

Grow in Truth
2 Peter 3:18 "But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ..."
Colossians 2:6-7 “6 So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, 7 rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.”
We believe real truth exists and is revealed in the person of Jesus and the Word of God. We also believe that spiritual growth is an ongoing process. By growing in His truth we are becoming fully equipped followers of Christ.
We believe this happens through practicing these discipleship habits:

Connect In Community
Galatians 6:2; Hebrews 10:24-25; 1Thessalonians 5:11,13; Ecclesiastes 4:9-12; Proverbs 27:17
Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 “9 Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: 10 If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up. 11 Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm. But how can one keep warm alone? 12 Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken."
We aren’t meant to do life alone. We believe that discipleship happens in community. By connecting in community we find encouragement, strength, restoration, accountability, fellowship, and we glorify God together.
The primary avenue in which we seek this community is through our Connect Groups.

Serve Others
Galatians 5:13 “You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love.”
1 Peter 4:10 “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.”
God has equipped every person with gifts to use to serve others. All people are created in the image of God and have intrinsic value, therefore every life is precious and deserving of love, respect, and service. We love and serve because He first loved and served us.
